The property was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our stay! There were just a couple of minor hiccups — while cooking breakfast, the oven unexpectedly stopped working and we couldn’t locate the breaker or reset it. We also had some trouble starting the washing machine on our departure day. Other than those small things, everything else was wonderful. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Ruby and the incredible job she did planning our recent cruise! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and tailored exactly to what we were looking for.
What impressed me most was her responsiveness and attention to detail. Anytime I had a question (even when she was on vacation), Ruby was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. She even followed up before and after the cruise to make sure everything went smoothly.

Ruby is a dream to work with with! She listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the cutest little condo on the water for our Thanksgiving getaway. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home base that allowed us the week to explore the Big Island. As first-timers to Hawaii, we were determined to see as much as possible! For this, Ruby coordinated our Jeep rental. We were able to see so much with a 4x4 vehicle of our own. She kept us organized, offered us a ride to and from the airport, and provided a booklet of helpful directions, tips, and tricks, in addition to some goodies to use during our trip! Overall, we had an amazing experience using Ruby to help us plan our trip to the Big Island. We would recommend her to anyone! Ruby is a dream to work with with! I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a cruise, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we set sail, the crew's exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs. Virgin’s Valiant Lady itself was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Our cabin was spacious and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking ocean views.

My recent trip to Puerto Vallarta marked my 2nd time in a foreign country and my 1st stay at an all-inclusive resort. Usually a cruise enthusiast, I was unsure what to expect. Thankfully, I had my good friend Monica with me.
The experience at Marival Armony was breathtaking. The resort was stunning, with lush greenery, pristine beaches (no seaweed) and luxurious amenities. Monica enjoyed sunbathing by the pool, and we both had delicious meals, fancy cocktails and the beautiful ocean views.
Unfortunately, the constant shift between the hot sun and the cool air-conditioned left me with a cold, but even then, I made the most of my final day by resting on the balcony, savoring the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and the birds chirping.
Despite the cold, my stay was truly unforgettable. Marival is a beautiful place that offers relaxation and a deep connection with nature. If you're looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, with no kiddos, I highly recommend it.
